Every Signature Home Plan offered here is a complete professional architectural construction set designed by David Stumpf, AIA, a licensed architect with high-rise and custom residential experience practicing in New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. These are not generic catalog plans or schematic sketches. Each set contains the full technical documentation your contractor needs to build the home as designed.
Plans are sold as unlicensed construction document sets. Because soil conditions, wind loads, snow loads, and zoning requirements vary by location, plans are not sold with an engineer's stamp or architect's seal. Every jurisdiction is different and what is required in Buffalo, New York is not the same as what is required in Austin, Texas or rural Pennsylvania.
However if you would like David Stumpf Architecture to adapt your selected plan to your specific site and jurisdiction, we offer site adaptation services for an additional fee. This includes updating the documents to reflect your local code requirements and providing a stamped and sealed set ready for permit submission.
