D|S Architecture is a dual track studio specializing in Bespoke Residential Design and Commercial Architecture, encompassing Adaptive Reuse and New Construction across high rise, multifamily, hospitality, and office sectors.
Founded by David Stumpf, our practice merges the technical discipline of large scale high rise coordination with the intimate detail of a boutique studio. We leverage advanced workflows, including LiDAR reality capture and Revit BIM modeling, to deliver projects that are as technically sound as they are aesthetically profound.
From 38+ completed projects across Pittsburgh and Texas to new ventures in Buffalo, our studio operates without borders. We accept commissions nationwide, driven by a goal to create a lasting legacy through building science and thoughtful design.
